New Rewind function optimizes the 10x15cm (4x6”) prints. When the last half part of the ribbon patch is not used in the last order it can be capable for next printing order of 10x15 (4x6”). Fine mode doesn't allow Rewind function.

Postcard media allows to print your photos in postcard format in 10x15cm (4x6")

When the printer cuts on the 3,5 inch/8,9 cm size instead of the standard 4 inch/10 cm the final output is a Polaroid sized print of 3,5 x 4 inch/8,9x 10,2 cm plus the strip on the left site.
